SFCHINA2018 will be held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou China from 4th to 6th December this year. Since 1983, the exhibition has been serving the industry and has been providing an important platform for suppliers around the world to showcase the full range of coatings, plating and finishing technologies, raw materials and equipment, as well as solutions to current environmental regulations and energy efficiency requirements. The exhibition houses three zones: Zone 1 (Electroplating and Finishing Technology), Zone 1A (Environmental, Safety and Protection) and Zone 2 (Coating Applications and Coating Products). The ELSA (Emergency Life Support Apparatus) from Scott Safety is designed for rapid escape from hazardous industrial and marine environments. Shenzhen Rongqiang - E-8-1 Surfactant

E-8-1 has excellent cleaning performance under neutral and weak alkaline conditions, and good cleaning performance under weak acidic conditions. It can be used as a neutral, weak alkaline or weak acidic cleaning agent. It has good infiltrating, emulsifying, dispersing and washing properties. It can also quickly carry functional additives to infiltrate the surface or inside of the substrate, therefore maximizing functions of each additive. It is highly water soluble, acid and alkali resistant, hard water resistant, and also it has the functions of both emulsification and cleaning. It is stable at diluted sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, organic acid, general reducing agent, hard water and alkaline.

Fluorolink® PFPE is a line of versatile products based on perfluoropolyether technology. The chemistry of these products, when applied to a surface treatment or used to modify a polymer, delivers exceptional properties to the material.

Fluorolink® PFPE covers the surface with a permanent and very thin layer of fluorinated product. It may be specifically designed to interact with a particular substrate such as metal, metal oxide, ceramic, stone, and cellulose. Fluorolink® PFPE reduces surface energy (down to 16 mN/m) and imparts to the surface the combination of characteristics such as hydro and oil repellency, easy stain removal, anti-adhesion, and self-lubricity properties. The surfaces like, glass, tiles, natural stone when treat with the proper Fluorolink? PFPE grade show exceptional oil and water repellence properties and easy cleanability versus common staining agents. Stain agents can be easily removed with water or common and mild cleaning products. The protective treatment does not modify in any way the aesthetic appearance of the treated surfaces.

EPP Coatings - LacKote LC

LacKote LC is a cathodic electrophoretic process for depositing a clear coating on solid brass, zinc based diecastings and most electroplated substrates to protect them from oxidation and to enhance wear resistance. LacKote LC overcomes some of the problems with plated diecasting blistering at higher stoving temperatures. Other advantages of low temperature cure are a minimising colour change on silver and brass. Excellent film properties can be achieved after curing at 120℃.

The FISCHERSCOPE X-RAY XAN 500 is a mobile and universally applicable energy dispersive x-ray fluorescence measuring instrument. It is well suited for the non-destructive coating thickness measurement and material analysis. The instrument is perfectly suitable for measurements in quality assurance, incoming inspection and process control. Thanks to its small size, you can measure even on difficult geometries. Umicore - AURUNA® 502

AURUNA® 502 is a neutral, cadmium-free gold copper electrolyte working without free cyanide. The red surfaces are bright, very hard and abrasion-resistant. It is mainly used for decorative coatings, but it is suitable for technical applications such as slip rings as well. As gold-saving, low-carat layers, the surface exhibits very good corrosion and tarnish resistance. The gold copper electrolyte can be used for rack and barrel plating, it can deposit layers of up to max. 10μm in thickness.
